General Terms

Using the services provided at and by WarcraftVouchers.com ('Warcraft Vouchers') constitutes a full agreement to these terms. You affirm that you are either more than 18 years of age, or an emancipated minor, or possess legal parental or guardian consent, and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms of Service, and to abide by and comply with these Terms of Service.

You may NOT use a proxy server. You may not have more than one account at any given time. If you are caught with multiple accounts, all of your accounts will be closed; Further eligibility will be considered on a case-by-case basis. You must use accurate personal information when completing offers: failure to do so will result in all points gained through the use of fraudulent information being revoked. Cookies MUST be enabled in order for points to be accredited accurately and immediately - make sure they are not blocked in your browser settings.

Points

'Points' are a virtual currency used in operation with services at WarcraftVouchers.com. Points do not hold any real-world monetary value and are owned exclusively by Warcraft Vouchers.

Limitation of Liability

Warcraft Vouchers will not be held liable for lost profits, business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement, our program or services under any circumstances. Furthermore, we aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

Spam

Any user caught spamming will have all their accounts closed and IP(s) banned permanently, effective immediately following incident without warning and without compensation.

Privacy Policy

Warcraft Vouchers recognizes that privacy is an important issue, and design and operate our services with the protection of your privacy in-mind. The following principles apply to the personally identifying information we ask for and that you provide: "Personally identifying information" is information that individually identifies you, such as your name, physical address, IP address or email address. Personal information submitted to WarcraftVouchers.com is held securely and used only to uniquely identify you and provide you with programs and services you expressly and agreeably request (i.e. vouchers, account management, information retrieval, etc.).

Personal information submitted to third-party interests and advertisers during completion of offers is not controlled, processed nor uniquely verified by Warcraft Vouchers, nor will Warcraft Vouchers be held liable for any undesirable action or condition resulting from the submission of personal information to third-parties. Furthermore, you agree that all information you provide to Warcraft Vouchers and its affiliates is voluntary.

Data Collection

Warcraft Vouchers collects limited non-personally identifying information your browser makes available whenever you visit a website. This log information includes your Internet Protocol address which is used to operate our services. Cookies: Upon your first visit to WarcraftVouchers.com, a cookie is sent to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser. A "cookie" is a small file containing a string of characters that is sent to your computer when you visit a website. Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies. You can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, our features or services may not function properly without the acceptance of cookies.

Fraud

Using fraudulent information to complete offers and/or completing offers with fraudulent intent will result in the member's account being deleted without notice and in a relinquishment of all virtual monies (i.e. 'points') in the account. Fraud includes, but is not limited to, the following: using stolen credit cards to complete offers; using false information to complete offers; using information that is not one's own to complete offers; using prepaid gift and/or credit cards (including VCCs) to complete offers; completing the same offer multiple times; canceling offers and/or trials prior to receipt of product and/or service.

Payment

Payments shall be processed within 72 hours of request. Warcraft Vouchers does not pay out in the following circumstances: to members with incomplete or inaccurate account information; to members who provide false or inaccurate information during a request for payment; to members who use fraudulent information when completing offers. In some cases, payments may require additional time than expressly indicated to be processed. Users understand, acknowledge and agree that no payment shall be made until Warcraft Vouchers has received payment from its advertisers in the event current funds are "inadequate", at the sole discretion of Warcraft Vouchers.

Indemnity

For services received, you severally agree to indemnify and save harmless Warcraft Vouchers and their successors and assigns, from any claim, action, liability, loss, damage or suit, arising from the use or misuse of their programs and services, surviving the termination of these terms. In the event of any asserted claim, Warcraft Vouchers shall provide you reasonably timely written notice of same, and thereafter you shall at your own expense defend, protect and save harmless Warcraft Vouchers against said claim or any loss or liability thereunder.

In the further event you shall fail to so defend and/or indemnify and save harmless, then in such instance Warcraft Vouchers shall have full rights to defend, pay or settle said claim on their behalf without notice and with full rights to recourse against you for all fees, costs, expenses and payments made or agreed to be paid to discharge said claim.

Upon default, you further agree to pay all reasonable attorney's fees necessary to enforce this agreement. This agreement shall be unlimited as to amount or duration. This agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors, assigns and personal representatives.

Rights

Warcraft Vouchers reserves the right to modify or terminate any account at any time for any reason (including but not limited to; modification or revocation of any or all points gained fairly or unfairly), without notice and without compensation. Warcraft Vouchers reserves the right to withhold payment for any reason(s) following request(s). Warcraft Vouchers reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with or without notice and shall not be held liable to you (the 'user') for any undesirable action(s) or condition resulting from any change to this agreement directly, indirectly or otherwise.
